SPECIAL Assessment –
As we continuously strive to enhance our community, we want to inform you about an important special assessment fee that has been approved by the HOA Board for necessary road maintenance. The fee will be $400.00 per household and can be made in a lump sum payment with your annual dues, or you can make quarterly payments of $100.00. If you choose to make quarterly payments, you will be billed each quarter for the amount due. Payments will be due in March, June, September, and December of 2026.
Winter Reminders
It’s winter, and we would like to remind all of our drivers, young and old, to please slow down. Children walk to and from the bus stop as well as play outside in the winter months. This should also serve as a reminder to all residents to clear sidewalks of snow and ice the morning following a snowfall. Make sure to shovel the snow from your adjacent sidewalk onto your property. Your lawn will thank you in the spring. Do not shovel snow into the street or sidewalks. Also, please mark your property boundaries to help with snow plowing
Exterior lighting
Excessive or unsightly lighting decorations, as defined by the Architectural Review Committee, are prohibited. Holiday lighting is permitted near or around a holiday only. Such permitted lighting shall not spill over onto other properties or create a lighting nuisance to neighbors. Please make sure your exterior lighting is only used in accordance with these rules and adheres to the near, on, or around a direct holiday. Use of permanent exterior lighting is not allowed outside these times.
Nuisances and garbage
All garbage must be kept in the garage or enclosed areas not seen by the road, except as may be placed at the property front on collection days. All garbage will be stored in secure or sturdy containers of metal, plastic or other suitable materials that have sufficiently tight-fitting covers to prevent The Escape of noxious odors and to prevent entrance or destruction by wild animals
