About Us

The Mill Creek Meadows sits a half-mile off of Frenchtown’s Frontage road. Nestled against the hills, you’ll find a quiet, family friendly subdivision. With thirty houses occupied and several more being developed, Mill Creek Meadows is the perfect place to call home.

The Mill Creek Meadows HOA strives to ensure our subdivision is safe, clean and well maintained. Our goal is to be transparent with the process and to make sure each and every homeowner has a voice in the issues that concern our HOA.

Hi everyone! Welcome to the Mill Creek Meadows HOA. I am excited to be a part of the Board and I look forward to helping the HOA. My family and I moved to the neighborhood when there were only four other houses out here and have enjoyed watching the subdivision take shape. We have two kids, Beau 3 & Stevie 1 and another on the way. So if you see me chasing them around, please stop and say hi. Hello everybody and welcome to winter finally! My boys (Dawson 13, Braxton 13, and Cooper 10) and I are excited to be part of this neighborhood. We have been members of the Frenchtown community since 2013 and have loved every minute of it, moving into Mill Creek Meadows in August. The boys are active in sports including football, basketball, baseball, a new this year wrestling; in my spare time… Oh that’s right I don’t have any because I am busy chasing them around (loving every minute of it). I look forward to getting to know all of you and helping in anyway I can.
